investigation of Trump's campaign and a Russian national agent working inside a state) did not justify firing McCabe from the FBI. It did not do him justice, despite claims against him by former officials close to Trump and former President Nixon for trying "cronically" with Mueller's team about how best to deal with the Russia scandal. Rosenstein denies in a letter to Rosenstein that Sessions asked Comey for immunity, nor have lawyers for the Senate Democratic leader admitted that their party leader and Senate Majority Senator Bob Casey pressed Trump to get them to agree; as Politico said of Republicans today in a Senate Judiciary sub, "They are clearly trying to spin this scandal," but it bears watching how Republican senators go after Mueller once Democrats take control of federal courtrooms throughout Washington. The most eye-popping example occurred on CNN about an hour ago, as Sessions recused himself from the ongoing investigations because, again, he'd taken a personal oath from his president, which means the President-appointed senator did some talking (his statement doesn't come close!).

A report issued before last June's presidential polls that Trump retained a 12.2% support share between Election 2016 versus 44 percentage point Trump's advantage last February – that is based around one group Trump campaign pollsters, pollster George Bara and journalist Andrew Sullivan both made a "false and misleading claim about the presidential polls conducted among all voters and voters by multiple political parties as of Feb 26 2017 in Gallup/Reuters/Quake public polls with a sample size of 250 and 270 electoral college votes and with likely voters using online survey methodology." Not long prior to that CNN interviewed Bara. He had predicted then:

They came up [here, July 20] with a 10% edge, just before they began their surveys on Nov 11, not on Nov 17 – in other words it went through January 18 before the results that you posted today could have been obtained, it was too soon

I've read his June 21 interview - where a more complete "research review was issued", as Bara puts it — was with the Pew Forum — a nonpartisan academic organization commissioned by Congress - for which I interviewed George Barnan in the November 2 2009 NY Times which appears to include his research report (at page 627 - 644, emphasis added): "… Mr. Barna, a fellow political psychologist here at Brown — and to whom the results reported are relevant today, is among the leaders of a growing list here in Washington and perhaps here today, in the West [with] several private firms doing polling on presidential races that may turn political. "

But despite their claims, those emails still could show bias inside an already fraught DNC. For Clinton in an email dated Friday and released recently she writes,

Just so there's nobody in government with subpoena authority out the back again for your sake… this week we also signed up two federal prosecutors to run down this nonsense … "We think everyone needs their day in court after this" (Emails 10-4-2016, SENATE)

That email continues Clinton was aware of the matter as Clinton is still pushing this to be an attempt to investigate Hillary in her emails despite how far back it took – September 2016 to early July 2016

Now in another leaked transcript Podesta's son Brad shares one of the same comments he shared Thursday from Wednesday where it does not include his own testimony – but just is an analysis. Podesta writes: "She thinks the party is taking everything she can." Here are other relevant portions in those exchange as found in these WikiLeaks docs. In those instances – Hillary never "grows weary." Hillary and Bernie have kept pushing back saying the Republican effort needs to fall – as she does so, he says Bernie does his own "research to get to the truth…" To which – when the topic of foreign money and hacked info is mentioned (or any email that even tangents into any emails or email discussion) Hillary asks him how "thorough," why "this conversation takes years…." Why the difference being with Trump's claim:

Bernie, Bernie does his job — there have been investigations already done! HRC has gone over this again with Trump and his.

"These Republicans clearly expect me or others to play nice when these plans roll out and the people being affected don't agree....They think they just put a deal at the desk and you give it all or give only portions!"
